Casali Marchigiani, founded by Francesco and Giulia in 2018, is a curated selection of unique homes designed to offer comfort and charm amidst the gentle hills of the Marche region or along the Adriatic coast.
For years, we have been passionately dedicated to international tourism, welcoming primarily guests from Northern Europe and providing authentic experiences across the region’s villages, hills, and coastlines.
Today, we manage 10 villas and holiday homes, some under rental agreements and others through Property Management—a formula that allows owners to fully entrust us with their property while retaining the freedom to use their home and earning a share of the bookings generated.
Our properties are located in Ostra, Belvedere Ostrense, and Senigallia, and include villas with private or shared gardens and pools, a villa with a pool and Finnish sauna, centrally located apartments, and a beachfront villa with a jacuzzi.
We are committed every day to offering guests authentic hospitality, comfort, and attention to detail, while providing owners peace of mind and tangible results in managing their homes.
