Designed as a single architectural unit, the farmhouse includes two separate apartments, each with its own private entrance. Both are equipped with all modern comforts and have been tastefully furnished, enriched with family heirlooms and personal touches.

The Belvedere Apartment, located on the ground floor, offers 90 square meters of refined, spacious living with a relaxed and understated elegance. It features two welcoming bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor veranda for enjoying nature at any time of day. PINETA APARTMENT

The Pineta Apartment, located on the first floor, is a refined retreat designed for those seeking both relaxation and style. Overlooking a beautiful pine grove, it features a spacious bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a large open-plan area with a comfortable living space and fully equipped kitchen. An outdoor terrace offers the perfect spot for sunny breakfasts or sunset aperitifs. Ideal for 2 to 3 guests.
