Composed of a spacious open-plan living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to five people. The living room also features a sofa bed.

But that’s not all. Villa Rosa del Mare is the only accommodation directly on the beach with a jacuzzi and a fully enclosed garden. This makes it the perfect holiday home in the Marche for sharing moments of total privacy, just steps away from the sea.
The villa boasts a wonderful seafront terrace, elegantly furnished with sofas and tables, where you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets every day, as well as use it for excellent dinners with friends, aperitifs, and barbecues.

If you love walking and long strolls, you can comfortably do so right outside our gate, following the promenade for miles and miles, listening to the sound of the sea and the waves.

Near the villa, you can shop at the local supermarket or explore the surroundings and stop by to meet our local producers. We’re sure they will make you fall in love with their fresh daily vegetables and share the secrets of our delicious local products in a special way.
